Skips & pricing
Our skip bins come in five sizes, our hire is for a maximum of 5 days and will be dropped off and collected by one of our experienced drivers. We can remove the following:
- General waste
- Garden/green waste
- Building waste
- Hard fill (small bins only)
Pricing
Our pricing depends on location, if you let us know the location you'd like the bin we'll be able provide you prices for all of our bin sizes, which is all inclusive up to the weight limits outlined in the bin descriptions.
Bin descriptions
- 3 m3 skip: 3.5m x 1.5m x 0.5m, 500kg inlud.
- 4.5 m3 skip: 3.5m x 1.5m x 1m, 750kg inlud.
- 6 m3 skip: 3.5m x 1.5m x 1.5m high, 1,000kg inlud.
- 7.5 m3 skip: 3.5m x 1.5m x 1.7m, 1,300kg inlud.
- 9 m3 skip: 3.5m x 1.5m x 2m, 1,500kg inlud.
If weight limits are exceeded there are additional charges. For truck access, we need at least 3.0 metres in width and 3.0 metres in height clearance.
Restrictions
New Zealand Land and Transport and OSH Regulations require bins not be filled past the fill line to ensure no spillage during transportation.
There are a few hazardous waste items we cannot accept, due to the risk of spillage and contamination. Chemicals, asbestos, waste oil, paint, tyres & gas cylinders.
Please inform us of any additional hazards when ordering a skip, especially for those sites without hazard registers. That way we can take any precautions necessary prior to arrival.
